    What areas do you serve?                     

 

We service the Niagara Region and surrounding areas. This includes St. Catharines,  Niagara Falls,  Niagara- on-the Lake,  Fort Erie,  Grimsby,  Jordan,  Vineland and Beamsville areas.
Please note: An added travel fee will be added for cities outside our core servicing area. 

 

How do I book a mobile service or spa party?

We recommend booking up to 2 weeks in advance to secure your date of choice. Contact us directly at 905-512-8792 to book. We will set up a phone consult where all your questions will be answered. Texting ensures quickest response. You can also email us at sarah@glowingsoulwellness.ca

What is required to book?

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This money goes towards services the day of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of services. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure spa parties and mobile bookings. The deposit is applied toward your total and ensures your date, time, and personalized service preparation are reserved. 

How many people are needed for a spa party?

Spa parties can be booked for as few as 2 guests and can scale up for larger groups. The number of services and overall experience can be customized based on your group size and what you're looking for. A minimum $250 in services is required.

What do I need to provide for the spa party?

Nothing at all! Just you and your guests and a space for treatments. We bring everything needed so you can simply sit back, unwind and enjoy the experience.

When do I need to finalize services for my spa party?

We ask that all service selections be made 1-2 weeks prior to your booking date to allow for proper scheduling and staff. 

What are your payment options?

Glowing Soul Wellness accepts:

e-transfer, debit and credit cards.
CASH IS PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Please be advised that there is a minimum of $250
in treatments to qualify for mobile services.


           

What's your cancellation policy?  

 We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or make changes. In some cases we may be able to reschedule depending on availability.

Are tips customary?

Tipping is never required but always appreciated. If you feel your service was exceptional gratuities are a lovely way to show appreciation to your spa provider. All staff receive 100% of their tips. 

 

What is the spa party process?

Our spa therapists will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your booking to allow time for setup, depending on the services selected. We bring all necessary equipment and professionally sanitized products to ensure a clean, relaxing experience.

Your space will be transformed to match the atmosphere you desire - whether that's peaceful and calming or fun and lively for a girls' night or special event. Our goal is to create a seamless, stress-free experience so you can fully relax and enjoy your time with friends and loved ones.

LIABILITY - Are there any risks involved with treatment?

 

Glowing Soul wellness and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions that may occur during or after spa services. By booking a service, clients acknowledge and accept this policy.

 

All clients will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to receiving services, confirming they have read and understood these terms.
